I love many forms of movement- I always have! Whether trail running, lifting, practicing yoga, or dancing in my kitchen, I just want to move my body. My inspiration as a trainer and coach is to provide effective fitness programming so that you feel great in whatever activities you enjoy in life.
I grew up in the woods of Maine where I was outdoors a large part of my childhood. Hiking, mountain biking, yoga, cross country skiing and of course lots of downhill sledding kept me active and fit. As I moved into adulthood I discovered weightlifting and this became a new passion. Before becoming a trainer, I became a mom! I understand how busy life becomes in motherhood. I enjoy supporting moms who would love to find their fit but don’t know where to start. A pre and post natal certification allows me to program for pregnancy as well as postpartum.
Physical movement is uplifting, energizing, and balancing. It brings health and happiness throughout the busyness of life. I am excited to work with each and every client as we start you on your way to finding these qualities as you begin to feel your strength and find your fit!
With consistency, a well written program and accountability you will unlock the best of who you are. Once we determine the perfect program for you, we will discuss goals, any potential roadblocks, habit change, basic nutrition and any questions you may have. Let's do this!!
