Welcome to Iron Willow Personal Fitness!

I work with women of all ages who want to improve their fitness in a balanced way: to get back into their body and feel good again but have no idea where to start!

Whether you have never worked out, haven’t worked out in a long time, are pre or post partum, recently finished physical therapy, or are in your golden years and want to feel strong again I am here to provide a progressive plan customized for you and your goals - you just show up and get to work!

With the support of a fitness professional you can reach your health and fitness goals without wondering if you are on the right track.

As your trainer I will be your coach, fitness educator and cheerleader.

I understand that knowing where and how to begin can feel overwhelming and are often the first hurdles to getting fit. Because your life situation is unique, there is a perfect option just for you!

My mission for all of my clients in all stages of life is to help you find your fit by utilizing a consistent program with proper progression that fits your goals and lifestyle.
